Knowledge/Advanced Training

When you choose me to work with you as your Realtor®, you will benefit from my advanced training as
an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).

The ABR® designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted
designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYERS AGENT Council (REBAC)
of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® who met the specified educational and practical
experience criteria.

Every CRS has undergone a rigorous, specialized course of detailed training, aimed at making
residential transactions as smooth and worry-free as possible. A CRS is a professional equipped with
special expertise resulting from over 130 hours of advanced study in listing, selling, investment, taxes and
more and must have a history of successful sales performance documented by at least 75 closed
transactions.

When you work with an ABR® and a CRS®, you're working with someone who is more connected,
more knowledgeable, and more experienced.
